Our luxurious Cape Canaveral 8th floor unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Ocean front vacation rental with incredible views of the Atlantic ocean, the beach, Port Canaveral, and the space center launch pads. The rental includes high speed Internet access. This property has the best rocket and shuttle launch views of any beachfront location. The complex includes the largest heated pool in Cape Canaveral, along with shuffleboard courts, a putting green, and a sauna.

The condo is wonderfully furnished, extra clean and comfortable with a reclining chair, a pillow top king size bed, ceiling fans in every room, a DVD player, VCR, stereo with CD player, and pool and ocean toys. Its located 5 minutes from the Port Canaveral cruise, gambling, and deep sea fishing ships, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and one hour from the Orlando theme parks (Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World etc).

A $300 security deposit is required when the reservation is confirmed. This deposit is applied is applied to the total rent amount and the remaining balance is due on the arrival date. Credit and Debit cards are accepted. Deposits are refundable anytime prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. A $75 admin fee will be deducted from the refund. Reservations may not be cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Weekly and normal check-out house keeping service is included.
