Price includes cleaning fee and taxes. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 PM Saturday and check-out time is 10 AM Saturday. Summer rentals are by the week only. A $300 refundable deposit/damage fee is due at the time the reservation is made. This fee is separate from the rental fee and will be promptly refunded after the house is cleaned and checked and the key returned.
