Situated 14 miles from the center of Gulf Shores this Gulf front home, completed in Sept. 2006, sits on one of the best, most pristine and quietest beach locations in Alabama.  Traffic is minimal and limited to visitors doing some sightseeing. There are 3 bedrooms, a great room, 2 bathrooms indoors and a large utility room with oversize washer and dryer.  A sofa bed in the great room permits 8 adults to sleep very comfortably.  An open air hot & cold shower and toilet, with privacy screening, not only provides a third bathroom but allows guests to use the facilities straight off the beach without the need to clean off sand and salt water before going inside.

Because of the location, away from condos and high rises, the beaches remain uncrowded yet not far away are all the amenities and attractions that accompany great tourist areas.  Occupancy is strictly limited to 8 adults, but an additional two children under 4 years old are permitted.  Because this is a truly delightful home, with views of the Gulf from every room, some strict rules will apply and all potential guests should acquaint themselves with these before booking. It is non-smoking but dog friendly.  Details of the dog(s) must be discussed with the owners in advance.  Maximum 2 dogs allowed.
