The open floor plan has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a huge living room with a working fireplace for cozy off season nights.

Reservations/rates are confirmed upon receipt of damage/security deposit of $300 which is refunded within 2 weeks of departure date if there is no damage/loss to the house or additional charges from housekeeping. Deposit may not be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival date. Check-in time is 3:00 PM Central/Check-out time is 10:00 AM Central $25.00 processing fee for cancellations
