Reservations/rates are confirmed upon receipt of damage/security deposit of $400 which is refunded within 2 weeks of departure date if there is no damage/loss to the house or additional charges from housekeeping. Deposit may not be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival date. Check-in time is 3:00 PM Central/Check-out time is 10:00 AM Central $25.00 processing fee for cancellations
