Vero Beach 2 bedroom ocean front condo

This is our second home, not an investment property. We live in Orlando, and only rent it out in the winter. As such it is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need, with two bedrooms and two baths. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Lay in bed and take advantage of the great view of the ocean. The Master bedroom has a large walk in closet. The Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2006 with all new appliances, granite countertops, a stainless double sink and a new faucet.

There is a dining table as well as a breakfast bar. The living room has a large picture window with a great view of the ocean, as well as a sliding glass door to the balcony. There are 3 wide screen LCD TV's and two DVD palyers, along with an extensive DVD library. There is also a collection of over 100 DVD movies (both classics and recent releases). The entire condo had new 20x20 porcelain tile installed 2 years ago. The unit is 10 minutes from the quaint beach area of Vero, with its numerous excellent restaurants and chic shops.

Port St.Lucie is the NY Mets Spring training ballpark. Vero Beach has a 24 screen movie theater, the Indian River Mall, and a large factory outlet mall. Sebastian and Fort Pierce inlets are nearby with excellent fishing. Surf fishing is excellent all along the uncrowded coast. Deep sea fishing is available from Fort Pierce. There are numerous golf courses in the area. For cultural enthusiasts, the community is recognized for the Vero Beach Museum of Art and the Riverside Theatre. This is a high rise building with an electronic key system for entry to the building, pool, and beach.

A closed circuit TV system adds to the security. Numerous activities are planned by the association with everyone welcome. A covered dish supper is held every Thursday night. Parties are held on Valentines day, St. Patrick's day and any other excuse that they can find for a party. There is a card room which sees much activity, as well as a billiards room. However, the best attraction of all is the beautiful uncrowded beach, rated among one of the best in the world.
