This spacious, 3 bedroom, Gulf front beach home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well as Alligator Bay with 90' of private beach frontage.  The home's wrap-around decks along with numerous windows make it possible for one to enjoy a dramatic water view from every room.  The house has been completely updated  with a large tiled kitchen and living room, 2 tiled bathrooms.  The main floor sleeps four with a captain's spiral staircase to the loft that sleeps four.  The kitchen and eating area has a step up which may not be suited for all age groups like toddlers and older adults along with the spiral staircase. Alligator Point is a very secluded, residential unspoiled sand dune.  Come for the beach, the wildlife and great seafood.
