The house features granite countertops, tile throughout the bathrooms including floors and showers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in the main downstairs living area and wall to wall carpet throughout the second level, beginning at the stairs. Four of the five bedrooms have water views. There are two decks facing the Gulf of Mexico. The screened in first floor deck easily seats 12 people and offers a panoramic view of the coast. This screened in porch is just yards from the water allowing anyone on the porch eye contact with family members on the beach. |

The second floor balcony, shared by both master suites, is open air with a railing. The first level is open concept with a large kitchen, large family room and formal dining area, (all in one room facing the beach). This floor also includes a full private bath, a guest bedroom (queen bed) and a large laundry room. The second level has two master suites, with king size beds and private baths, facing the beach. The two upstairs guest bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bath with a bathtub\ shower. There are also twin over twin bunk beds in one of the guest bedrooms. If you enjoy beautiful, white clean sand on a quiet beach, easy access to a marina and hopefully good fishing, you will not be disappointed. Hope you enjoy our house as much as we have.
