The best features of this 3 bedroom home is the screened porch overlooking the ocean, it's large shady lot with many palm and pine trees, the sand bar to collect many sand dollars at low tide and the fact it's one level which means no stairs to climb. $200.00 refundable deposit. Rent due at least 14 days prior to arrival. Min 45 days notice for refund of deposit. Subject to 9% tax and all rentals less than 6 months. Rentals booked more than 6 months in advance , deposit is non refundable.
