Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located in Sandpiper Cove Resort on Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, with close access to shopping, dining, and family activities. Marina and ocean front (both private) are located on the same property. Relax and enjoy 1100 feet of private beachfront including, 24-hour guard service, marina, five swimming pools, three outdoor hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting greens, and a nine-hole par 3 golf course.

Louisiana Lagniappe, a popular 4 star restaurant is located on site. The 2 story beachwalk section is quiet and comfortable.

Cleaning fee is included in rates for rentals of 1 week or more. $220 deposit to hold reservation due at booking. Balance due on arrival date. 11% tax added to rental fees. Must be 25 or older to rent this condo. No Smoking or Pets. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
