The Gulf front balcony is accessible from the Living room and Master suite and has unparalled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Miles of pristine white sand are directly in front of your condo with easy beach access. Beach service is provided at no additional charge (includes two beach chairs and a beach umbrella set up seasonally). Sparkling Emerald waters and the sound of waves breaking make curling up with that beach book a delight. Decorated with a nautical coastal feel, the Living room area is equipped with a convertible queen size sleeper and large TV with DVD player also and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Dining area seats 6 with ease with additional seating is available at the breakfast island. The Gourmet kitchen has every convenience of home... perfect for fixing that next seafood feast or dialing in for pizza too!

Master bedroom features king size bed with full bathroom attached. TV with DVD player in bedroom and access to full size balcony via sliding glass doors off of Master bedroom. Second guest bedroom has queen size bed with access to second full bathroom and TV and DVD player too. Bathroom is accessible from main hallway too.

Convenient access to elevators as well as assigned undercover parking allows you to relax from the moment you arrive. A basket with starter coffee, tea and condiments awaits your arrival - all designed to take the hassle out of your next vacation.
