Far from the condo high rises and crowds, our 3 bedroom townhome is located Gulf front on the beautiful emerald coast of Navarre Beach. Our home was rented every week last summer and many of our guests return year after year. All of our guests have been overwhelmingly pleased with our home's fabulous professionally decorated rooms and quiet, private west end beach location. We continuously and meticulously maintain our home and it does not look or feel like a rental. Outside you can relax on any of the three decks or balconies. The lower deck features two swings and provides shade and a cool breeze. The deck off the great room has chairs and a table with benches so you can lounge and watch the waves and wildlife.

Soak up some rays or stay in the shade under the large deck umbrella. The new, expanded balcony off the Master bedroom offers a shaded, quiet, peaceful retreat with an even more stunning view of the ocean. When you're ready to come inside, over 1800 square feet of living space and beautiful accommodations await you and your family. The spacious Great room with crown molding is comfortable with a leather sofa and loveseat. As you are seated you can watch the pelicans as they fly over the beach or view many other species of beach wildlife. If you tire of the view you can turn on the large LCD high definition flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player and watch a cable program, movie channel or choose a movie from our extensive video/DVD collection. Movie channels include (STARZ, Showtime, The Movie Channel, On-Demand and many others). Keep in touch with family, friends and work with high speed internet access and free long distance phone.

Prepare your meals using the stainless steel kitchen appliances at the beautifully tiled kitchen counters. Serve your meals at the counter bar or in the dining area. Let the waves lull you to sleep in the very spacious gulf front, master bedroom with crown molding, king size bed and wall to wall carpeting and private bath. The floor to ceiling wall-to-wall double sliding doors from the master bedroom lead to your private deck with an incredibly stunning view of the ocean. Another large second floor bedroom features a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. It is furnished with wall-to-wall carpet, queen size bed and two twin beds. This room is complete with a private bath. The first floor bedroom features a king size bed also with a view of the sound and private bath. Each of the bedrooms have a TV with VCR and/or DVD player. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
