A deposit of $500.00 will reserve unit and serve as a security deposit. Rental Fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation less than 60 days will result in forfeit of deposit monies. Cancellation less than 30 days forfeit all monies. The deposit will be returned within 60 days after keys are returned less a $80.00 cleaning fee and any damages. Rate includes 12% tax and application fee. Check in 2pm. Check out 11am.
