The Madeira Norte Condominiums are located in Central Florida on the Gulf of Mexico approximately 35 minutes from the Tampa International Airport. We are located on the beach directly across the street from the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. You will have an assigned parking space and extra parking for visitors. Park your car and walk to almost everything you need. John's Pass has something for everyone. Restaurants, wineries, breweries, live music, night life, live alligator shows for the kids, water sports and deep sea fishing excursions.

Our condo features new tile and carpeting, new paint and new leather living room furniture. We have decorated every room in tans and blues, colors that remind you that you are on the beach and on vacation! Our condo faces the Boca Ciega Intercostal Waterway. Morning sunrises are spectacular and during the day you will enjoy watching the boats sail by. Take your beach chairs (that are provided) and your favorite beverage and watch the sun dip below the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It never gets old! The expansive, beautiful white sand beach is steps away from your elevator door. You can walk for miles collecting shells or just getting lost in your thoughts.

 

We have tried to think of everything and provide our guests with what they need for a vacation they won't soon forget!

Our condo features 940 sq. ft. of living space not including the huge balcony with comfortable seating for four and a lounger.

February - March $1100/week plus 13% tax and $75 cleaning fee

$925/week plus 13% tax and $75 cleaning fee

4th of July & Christmas weeks $1500/week plus 13% tax and $75 cleaning fee

July - September $1000/week plus 13% tax plus $75 cleaning fee

October - December $950/week plus 13% tax plus $75 cleaning fee

$200 refundable damage deposit with all rental agreements. Twenty five percent of total cost will reserve unit. Remaining seventy five percent of total amount is due 30 days prior to checking in. A 13% tax rate and $75 cleaning fee is not included in price. Check in 4 p.m. and Check out 10 a.m. 7 day minimum rentals Saturday-Saturday
