For weekly rentals, Tenant shall forward owner a security deposit of $260 within seven(7) days of signing the Rental Agreement. For monthly rentals, forward owner a security deposit of $360 within seven(7) days of signing the Rental Agreement.
Included in the deposit is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $60. An additional payment for the application fee of $50 paid to the Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominiums Association.
