Watch the dolphins and boat traffic in the bay from a private balcony, fish off the dock or walk across the street and watch the sunset. There are only six condos in the building so it is quiet and friendly. There may be a boat slip available with this unit and the waterway in front of the dock is a wake zone. So bring your boat and fishing gear to fish in the bay or the gulf or bring your wakeboard and skis to ski right off the dock. The waterway is also great for kayaking, paddle boarding and jet skiing.
