This waterfront condo is located on Boca Ciega Bay with the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful white beach directly across the street. Watch the dolphins and boat traffic in the bay from the private balconies, fish off the dock or walk across the street and watch the sunset. There are only six units in the building so it is quiet and friendly. This unit is our personal retreat in the summer and we did extensive remodeling during the summer of 2009. Updated kitchen with new cabinets and Silestone countertops. New wood floors upstairs. Fresh paint in the entire unit.
