Restaurants and Bars can be found in John Pass and within of Pirates Square Complex in addition to those located on "beach front" on Gulf Boulevard itself. Disney World is approx. 1.5 hours away and Bush Garden is approx. 50 minutes away.

Minimum stay is two week during off-season. Seasonal rentals discount AVAILABLE. Rentals of less than 6 months subject to 7% Florida Tax + 5% Tourist tax. A reservation/Security deposit of $300.00 is required with all reservations, together with a signed rental agreement. Deposit refunded within 30 days of your departure, less any damages and $60.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit. Fully payment is requiered prior to arrival. Deposit and rentals rates can be paid in the form of money order or bank check
