There’s a full-service restaurant, beauty salon, three Laundromats and a real estate office in the complex, and an on-site property manager is on call to handle keys, answer questions and perform any maintenance, if needed. There’s no lack of things to do. In addition to the white sand beaches, jet ski or Hobie Cat rentals and parasailing are available across the street.

Fishing charters and boat/canoe rentals are located nearby, and some of Southwest Florida’s finest golf courses are only minutes away.
