Our Bonita Beach condo is on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf. You can sit on the screened balcony and watch the most beautiful sunsets. The condo has been recently painted and updated. Take the trolley to Naples and Fort Myers or walk across the street to the beach there, you will find an array of activities such as para-sailing and the famous Doc's restaurant. Also on the grounds we have a beauty salon, DVD rental and a restaurant. There are ten tennis courts and instructors on-site. For out-of-country guests, the owner is conversant in Russian, Portuguese & Spanish.

$200 deposit required to confirm reservation and for any damages to the condo.Deposit will be refunded upon inspection of condo.Full amount due one week prior to scheduled arrival date.$70 cleaning fee to be left on table before leaving.
