This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom duplex (both units available) is located on Hickory Blvd. directly across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida, approximately one mile north of “Doc’s Beach House”. It is conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport.

Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and roof deck. Each unit has a spacious living room with a queen-size sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave, washer/dryer and one car garage. Each unit sleeps four to six comfortably. Our deeded beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street from duplex. There is also a private dock behind the duplex, which is great for fishing or boating. WIRELESS high speed internet available. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart and cooler for your enjoyment!

The area is abundant with sandpipers, herons, and pelicans. Enjoy the beach and watch dolphins play, or jog or walk the luxurious white sandy beach. Shopping, golf, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, biking, and other recreational equipment rentals are located nearby. And, of course, don’t forget to enjoy those gorgeous sunsets!
