Spend your next Florida vacation in our beautiful pool villa, built in 2001. This villa has 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. This upscale home is 2,500 sq ft in size. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine. The villa is located on an extra wide 200 ft canal, which leads directly to the Gulf. This canal has no bridges, making the Gulf accessible from any sized boat. This villa has a dock, where you can catch fish such as Trout, Snook, and Grouper. There also is a 10,000 lb boat lift with a walk around dock.

The large kitchen has an adjoining family room (pictured). The family room is stylishly furnished with comfortable leather sofas, and a 36" TV screen. The family room has large 12 foot glass sliding doors leading out to the lanai. The kitchen eating area has a table with six chairs. The kitchen includes spacious side by side refrigerator with water and ice, dishwasher, microwave, glass top stove with oven. This kitchen is well equipped for your culinary interests! Next to the kitchen is a laundry room complete with a large washer and dryer.

The lanai is tiled and screened with an electric and solar heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees and other tropical plants for privacy. The pool and spa have underwater lights for a romantic effect in the evenings. There is a large dining room set in a covered area relaxing meals outside. There are chaise recliners perfect for sunbathing.

The luxurious master bedroom has a white washed Thomasville king sized bed. There is a TV in a matching armoire. The soft bed linens were designed by Tommy Hilfiger. This room has a 12 foot sliding glass door leading to the pool and spa. The comfort of this room ensures you will have a great night sleep.

The ensuite bathroom has a large walk in roman shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, dual sink and solid wood vanity units, and a large walk in closet. The commode is in its own room for privacy.

Villa Maria is in a great area for adults and families. Wonderful restaurants and golf courses are in the area. The entire family can enjoy the nearby waterpark, amusement park, zoo, miniature golf, bike paths, and beaches.
