The beautifully landscaped front yard and private fenced in back yard is child and pet friendly. There is a beach view from our BBQ smoker grill and it's just steps to a beautiful beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

There are restaurants, beach bars and shopping within walking distance and several beautiful public parks right on Manasota Key. This is a great island getaway!

Mini Vacation Special $150-$200 Per night-3 night minimum

Security deposit is $1,000.00 for one month or longer and $500.00 for less than one month. Pet fee is $100.00 for one pet and $50 for each add'l pet and is non-refundable Cleaning fee is $100 1-4 guests, $150 5 or more guests Florida sales, use and tourist tax 11% (required by state)
