The kitchen is fully outfitted. Restaurants, shopping and groceries are within walking distance. A marina is across the street for boat rentals. Wave runner rentals are just two buildings away.

$500 damage deposit to hold unit required 60 days in advance. 50% Refundable if canceled within 30 days of rental, No refunds with less than 30 days cancellation. $100 cleaning fee will be retained, and balance refunded upon inspection of any.
