This is a lovely, privately owned and managed, second-floor 2 bedroom apartment with newly renovated kitchen. Both Living room and Master bedroom open onto a screened terrace/lanai overlooking Bluepoint canal in the beautiful Royal Harbor area of Olde Naples. Private and friendly, the complex is just two small buildings with 16 apartments total and pool with BBQ area in tranquil and tropical surroundings. Guests have a bike rack and a dedicated parking spot in pavered lot. Our placid and uncrowded ten mile public beach and famous fishing pier, with showers and ample parking, are just minutes by car, as are Third Street's nite life and Gallery Row. The very quaint town dock, where you can enjoy boat rentals, excursions, deep-sea charters and sunset cruises is also nearby.

Downtown Olde Naples' fine dining, exclusive shopping, antique and art galleries are within walking distance.  These include Fifth Avenue, the Old Marine Marketplace at Tin City and the new upscale Bayfront and Naples bay Resort complex. Naples' new nationally renowned performing arts center is also nearby.  Some of our excellent public golf courses include: Eagle Lakes, Lely Flamingo Island, Bonita Bay East, and the Gulf Club at Del Webb.  Outstanding semi-private courses include: the Arrow Head Golf Club, Eagle Ridge, Heritage Bay G&CC, and the Old Cork Screw Golf Club.  Dockage for your boat is less than two minutes away.

If you like to explore the Everglades National Park and the Seminole and Miccosukee Indian Reservations, along with many public golf courses and driving ranges, are nearby.   Smoke and pet free, the condo includes free domestic telephone service, wireless broadband, folding computer work station, a flat screen HD TV with DVD and DVR in the living room, a TV/DVD in the master bedroom and a table, chairs and ceiling fan on the lanai. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area.

Our condo is not just a rental. It is a home for you to enjoy fully and is completely equipped for that purpose. You'll even have a squeezer for fresh oranges from the South Naples Citrus Grove nearby. Just bring your favorite recipes and enjoy eating on the lanai.

Apr 11, 2017, Richard M. said... "We are just finishing our 3 and 1/2 months stay at this condo. It is a wonderful place to stay. Conveniently located near downtown, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It is well furnished with a new kitchen that is fully stocked. The lanai is great and overlooks the Blue Point canal. We had most of our meals there, and it was a nice place to read and relax. The condo has an excellent TV and DVR system. The owners were excellent to work with and provided lots of information about Naples, the area, sightseeing activities, etc. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in a stay near Olde Naples. We have enjoyed it so much that we have already sign a contract for the same time period next year."

Mar 14, 2016, Pat S said..."Our month in Naples was great this year. Our unit was so bright and spacious. It was pleasant even on a rainy afternoon. We spent time by the pool and on our lanai when we weren't out visiting various attractions in the area. The shopping district was a nice walk away and I got my exercise by walking down there and window shopping. Tin City was even closer and also a nice place to walk. Plus, we walked in and out of the lovely streets right in the community. The unit was well equipped with both small and large appliances. The dishes and glassware were plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. We ate in some great restaurants, many reasonably priced.
Joe Kayal was a pleasure to to business with. Both efficient and thoughtful. Everything went very smoothly, from contract signing, meeting recommended neighbors for help and information and, sadly, leaving."

Feb. 15, 2016, Richard and Catherine said..."Stayed Jan 2016 and selected the condo because of it's amenities & location. Easy walk into 5th Avenue & Tin City for great choice of restaurants. But condo was so comfortable that we ate-in, breakfasts & dinners, far more than we expected we would. Two good sized bedrooms with quality bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Also communal laundry room. A minor problem with the water heater was very quickly resolved. We always say "it's not if things go wrong, it's how they are handled and resolved. And the owner, Joe, despite being in NY, was a true champion. The pool is heated and we often had it all to ourselves. TV and Wi-Fi excellent. Farmers-market / deli was easy walking distance along Davis Blvd. We loved staying here
