Sanddollar is a quiet 36 unit complex centrally located on Middle Gulf Drive. The complex is extremely well-maintained with lush tropical landscaping. We have a nice sized heated pool & 3 tennis courts. There are two patio areas with barbeque grills and there are shell cleaning facilities & shower/bathrooms by pool. A beach view golf course is around the corner.

Our unit is right next to the elevator and is tastefully decorated & furnished and is updated frequently. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast Bar and Dining Room. The Utility room has a full sized washer/dryer & ironing board/iron. We have games & toys for the beach; also beach chairs in our ground floor storage room.
