It features a bright interior with tile floors, a picture window view of the harbor, and a large deck area. Within Sandpiper Cove there are 5 swimming pools (2 heated), 6 tennis courts (3 lighted), a 9 hole 3 par golf course, and 1100' white sand beach with pavilion, all available to occupants at no cost.

There are many other amenities available such as full time security service, beach equipment rental, excellent on-site seafood restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe), shuffleboard and beach side volleyball. Other great restaurants and outstanding shopping are nearby. Lots of fun for everyone.

2021 rates:January, Febuary and March have been rented @ 1300/month

April 01- May 31. $950/week or $160/night

June 01 - August 01. $1100 /wk. Sat - Sat only

August 01 - October 31. $900/week. or. $150/ night

November. $1200/ month. or. $135/ night

December. $1100/ month. $600/wk or $120/ night

This year we must add a $70 cleaning fee, in addition to colecting tax for

State of Florida & Okaloosa County totaling 12% TAX : No other add on’s !

Complimentary umbrella and two chairs on the beach by Beach Services (3/01 - 10/31) Three(3) day minimum Rental. We will start this year charging the cost of cleaning after guest depart. cost is $70.00 Our refundabel deposit will now be half the "final COST" to hold the reservation. Sorry, but we cannot rent to anyone under age 25 unless we can obtain approval from SandpiperCove Management! Rates are subject to change without notice prior to commitment. Sandpiper Cove only allows parking for two vehicles per condo! NOTICE: Sandpiper Cove allows only two vehicle parking per condo! Check in: 4:00PM; Check out: 11:00AM
