A security deposit of $200 is required upon check in and is returned as soon as the property is checked for damages and/or missing items. Arrangements can be made to return your deposit on the day of your departure if you would like. Florida sales & resort tax (11.5%) is due upon arrival. Reservations will be confirmed upon a deposit of 20% of the total. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before arrival date will result in loss of deposit. If we are able to fill the vacancy - the deposit will be returned
