Our private, fully air-conditioned home was specially chosen by us for its position, being part of the Imperial Lakewoods Golf Course. This quiet residential community is maintained to a very high standard, being surrounded by lakes and golf links. This lovely villa overlooks natural preserves to the front and rear. The private, fully screened pool and outside dining area face south-west. Outside lighting and pool lights make for great evenings relaxing with family and friends over a meal. Our luxury home is in a super location. Just 5 minutes from the I-75 it is easy to get to many fantastic places. Ellenton Prime Outlets is minutes away, while there is a Wal-Mart Supercenter just 10 minutes drive away. Beautiful Sarasota and great shopping at St Armands Circle are only 30 minutes away, along with the fabulous beaches of Longboat, Lido and Siesta Keys.

Take the drive down from Anna Maria Island south through the Keys and enjoy the sights of the wonderful Gulf Coast. Or take the drive north-west across the Sunshine Skyway to Tampa, St.Petes and Clearwater, only 45 minutes away. For a little in the way of excitement you might visit the theme parks of Busch Gardens, an hour away or Disney and Universal parks in Orlando, only 90 minutes drive on the I-4.

Mid season September 16th thru December 15th - $800 per week

High season December 16th thru April 30 - $850 per week

Mid season May 1st thru July 15th - $800 per week

High season July 16th thru September 15th - $850 per week

The rental rates shown are based on up to four people sharing per full or part week. Prices include taxes and clean. Please contact owner for rates. Deposit of $150 per week secures booking. Refundable security deposit of $275 payable 8 weeks before arrival with your final rental payment. This will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure, providing no damage to contents or property has occurred. Pool heat (may be required November thru March) is optional at $90 per week. We accept personal checks/cheques in US dollars and in British pounds. Please note, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to book this property.
