It’s a newly renovated (2006) & tastefully decorated home that exudes Old Florida cottage charm with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. You will enjoy the large kitchen with custom faux-finished cabinets & Jennair downdraft stove, living area, porch and the privacy of a quiet dead-end street which overlooks the passing boats, fish jumping, birds feeding and dolphins pods swimming through.

The home sleeps 8 and has room to park your boat. Built low to the ground and all on one level, means you don't have to climb lots of stairs and can enjoy the wheelchair-friendly bathroom and King Neptune bedroom.
Historic Cedar Key is a nature lover’s & artist's dream. You can while away the hours by fishing, bird-watching, boating, kayaking, sailing, hiking and biking. Cedar Key is one of the few remaining fishing villages left in Florida, with oysters, crabs and farm-raised clams still being harvested the old fashioned way. Fishing for mullet, redfish, grouper and trout is easy in the rich waters. Nearby are outer islands to explore, as well as, Manatee Springs, Homasassa Springs and the Lower Suwanee Wildlife Refuge, just to name a few.

We have numerous fine dining opportunities, as well as, fun shops, two museums and numerous art galleries. We have 3 festivals a year - in April (the Arts Festival), over the 4th of July (Clamerica - the Clam Festival) and the Seafood Festival in October. In January there is the week-long Star Watching Party & in the fall is the Nature Coast Birding and Wildlife Experience. You can rent kayaks, bikes, boats, fishing guides or golf carts to get around but don’t forget to bring a camera, that book you’ve been meaning to read and your fishing pole. You are in for a wonderful and relaxing time. We are only 1 hour from Gainesville, 2 hours from Tampa and 3 from Orlando, Jacksonville or Tallahassee airport or fly into our own island airstrip.

$190/night, $1,140/week (get one night free)

Stay mid-week & enjoy our special rates - $150/nt with two night minimum

2 night minimum - 3 nights for holidays and festivals.Check in at 4 pm, check out at 10 am. Payment by credit card, check or cash. Please add 9% for sales tax for rentals of less than 6 mo. $15/nt. pet fee - must be pre-approved with owner. Cleaning fee:$75. Refundable security/damage deposit: $500. After the deposit is received, a payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If reserving within 30 days of your visit, all funds are due upon making your reservation.
