Our Olympic-size heated swimming pool and gorgeous deck sit next to a private lagoon on the Gulf of Mexico. A nature walk will bring you up close to frolicking dolphins and manatees. Tennis courts and an exercise room overlooking the gulf are part of the complex. Hudson is a relaxed community, conveniently located about 40 miles north of Tampa- easy to get to, with plenty of shopping and dining. Many area attractions are nearby - Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs, golf courses, and the many attractions to be found in Tampa/ St. Pete. This is a private and quiet peninsula with a 24 hour security gate.

Due to a season booking cancellation, we are discounting winter '12

$350 per week plus tax/cleaning fee, $1000 per month

$200 deposit required to hold rental, credited toward stay. $90 cleaning fee per stay. Check in 3 pm, check out 11 am.
