The unit has comfortable sleeping for 6 including a Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath overlooking the water. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Cable TV is available in the Master and 2nd bedroom while the 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a DVD.

Full kitchen and laundry facilities are included in the unit including a washer/dryer. All linens, bath towels as well as everything you need to cook and serve your entire family are available on premises. Our local on call property management team assures peace of mind during your stay.

A $300.00 Deposit preferably a bank, personal, or money order check in US funds is required within a week to hold any reservation. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date for a weekly reservation and 60 days prior for a 28 night or longer stay. We prefer all payments be made by US checks mailed to Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals, Inc. 19713 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores, FL 33785. If paying by credit card a 3.00% fee will be charged. A Credit Card and Identification required upon arrival. Check-in 4pm/Check-out 10am. After hour directions & Check-in available by request. Monthly rental discounts offered during slow season.
