Location: Our house with Southern exposure, swimming pool & spa, is located in the beautiful Southwest area of Cape Coral. The home has cathedral ceilings with large Kitchen, Great room, & Living room. There are tile floors throughout, except the 4 bedrooms which are carpeted. Sanibel/Captiva beaches are 21 miles away. Ft. Myers beach is 17 miles away. The local Cape Coral Yacht Club with swimming pool, beach, & Pier is just minutes away. Right down the street from our house is the Cape Harbor Yachting Community with waterfront shops, dining, & marina. We are also close to Pine Island & Matlacha where locals go for great food & fishing. We are conveniently located near a Publix grocery, store pharmacy, & numerous shops. The bike trail is right in front of our house.

Nearby activities include golf, tennis, library, miniature golf, wildlife viewing, fishing, shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, boating, sailing, watersking, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet sking, & shelling. Close to Ft Myers International & Charlotte County airports.
