For weekly rentals, a deposit of $250 is required. This deposit is not part of the actual rental amount and is fully refundable minus any damage that may have occurred during your stay. Before departing, we ask that all dirty dishes be washed and put away, all trash be placed in trash bin outside, turn off A/C and lights. All linens from beds used are to be placed in washer/dryer area. Check-in 2:00 p.m. Check-out 10:00 a.m.. Sorry, due to allergic reaction some people suffer, NO PETS ALLOWED (no exceptions).
