This 2 bedroom apartment is not the ordinary run-of- the mill! It radiates comfort and excitement... sliders open onto the screened lanai, featuring new lanai furniture for outdoor dining. A wonderful view of sunsets on the beach and morning visits from resident dolphins can typically be seen. The living room invites you to relax in comfort on cool leather while enjoying the warm breezes off the ocean. You'll love the size of the wall mounted flat screen TV.

All new cabinetry, counter-tops and appliances grace the updated kitchen. This includes a FULL SIZE FRONT LOAD washer and dryer. Recessed and additional lighting has been added, along with ceiling fan.

The master bedroom features comfy memory foam King size bed, and opens out onto the lanai. The guest room has three twin beds to provide additional sleeping, and we have included a porta crib for infants. We've also stocked a booster high-chair w/tray for toddlers.
Indoor entertainment includes cable TV with DVD player in each bedroom.
Each bedroom has private bath with shower, and plenty of closet space.

Young and old can enjoy table tennis in the recreation room, as well as volleyball on the beach. The island trolley will take you shopping, exploring or to the tennis and basketball courts. The apartment is conveniently located near the elevator, pool, patio, and shore! THIS IS A SMOKE FREE APARTMENT!
