It has been completely renovated (2008) with raised kitchen ceiling, all new 18 inch diagonal tiled and bamboo flooring for easy maintenance, new cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, motorized shutters, sliding glass doors, window treatments, and all new furnishings. It is completed in teal, yellow, and tanzanite with a Florida beachy theme in mind and includes under building covered parking.

There is plenty of natural light and warmth coming through the living room double sliders as well as the master bedroom window and balcony which also overlooks the beach. What a perfect location to observe all the bird and dolphin activity while listening to the gentle rolling of the surf. Conveniently located directly across the street from Charley's Boat House Restaurant, 7-11, and The Beach Movie Theater, this upscale condo is also within walking distance to Villa Santini Plaza. You can stroll the beach to the Outrigger or Holiday Inn for their breakfast buffet, enjoy a burger beachside, or sip afternoon cocktails at the Tiki hut.

There is also a trolley stop adjacent to the condo where you can hop a ride for 50 cents to the North end of the island. Here you can be entertained by beach artists performing at the city pier, catch a perfect sunset sinking into the Gulf, and enjoy locally caught fish dishes and other Southern treats from various outside cafes at Times Square which is closed to traffic.
