This immaculate 3 bedroom villa is located within a mile of a beach access to the sunny Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. The Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park entrance (another beach access) is also within a mile from the property. A parking pass to Florida State Parks is provided. Inside the house, you will find all amenities that are necessary to make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one. A fully equipped kitchen divides the open floor plan space into the dining area and the family/living room. A spacious lanai with patio furniture opens to a deck with heated private pool and spa.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own sliding door to the lanai. It has a huge Master bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate toilet/shower room. The other two bedrooms that share the second bathroom are accessed through a separate hallway for privacy. There is a fully equipped laundry room with an iron and ironing board included.
