Our villa is in Rotonda West, by Englewood on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida between Sarasota and historical Fort Myers. Englewood has been ranked 2nd among the emerging travel destinations by TripAdvisor. You can be on the unspoilt beaches of Manasota Key, Englewood, Stump Pass and the up-market Gasparilla Island within 15 minutes. Further to the south are Sanibel and Captiva islands. There are over 12 top class golf courses in the immediate area and 4 are within 5 minutes drive of the property. Greens fees for all of these are very reasonable giving you plenty of choice. Bicycles (3) are available for your use. Two sets of tennis courts (one floodlit) are within easy cycling distance. World class fishing for Tarpon (at Boca Grande), Snook and many other warm-water species is available from beach, pier, charter or hire boat. You can also fish in freshwater from your own private deck at the end of the yard. Nature abounds and you will see many beautiful birds including storks and herons around the park area of the waterway.

Busch Gardens is an easy 1.5 hour drive away on the I-75 and there is a choice of major outlet malls within easy driving distance. Local shopping in Englewood and Port Charlotte caters for day-to-day needs. If you just want to relax then the south-facing pool is private and screened with a beautiful outlook to the water and park to the rear. A gas barbecue is available to cook al-fresco. Fancy a baseball game? Charlotte Stonecrabs are based only 10 minutes away and the Tampa Bay Rays use the stadium as their spring training base.

Our rates include all Florida State and Tourism taxes, end of rental cleaning (for rentals of 2 weeks or longer), all utility charges including Broadband, Comcast TV. We have a local management company on call 7x24. A security deposit of $240/£150 is required with payment of the final amount to cover any accidental damage or loss. This will be refunded promptly after final cleaning and inspection at the end of your rental.
