Add 11% Florida tax to all rentals. 3 car maximum, no street parking. Security deposit required. The Sundial Cottage is 2 blocks to the beach or a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in season. This a non-smoking home with smoking permitted outside only! Inquire about pets.
