Private home, can be rented off season as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom Home.   Solar Heated 12 X 26 inground pool and whirlpool.   New appliances, Two outdoor showers, laundry room/mud room.   Tropical landscaping, lawn equipment, charcoal barbecue, parking for 4 cars.

The first part of the house is a three bedroom two bath with a Florida room. The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the 10 x 26 Florida room has one also. The Master bedroom has king bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a queen and the third bedroom has a bunk with a double bottom with single top. The front part of the home will sleep up to 11 people. There is also a laundry/mud room which has an outside door.

The two story addition which is attached has a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs addition has a balcony with some beach view. The upstairs bedroom has two double beds with a day bed and trundle along with a walk-in closet. The addition which is attached will sleep up from 8 to 10 depending on ages.  The swimming pool which is new is 12 X 26 and has a whirlpool. The front yard and backyard are professionally landscaped. There are two outdoor showers, patio furniture, propane barbecue and parking for three small cars.

For High season, the house can accommodate up to 12 people.   Off season the house can be sectioned off for smaller families.

 The home has a separate laundry room with an outside door that can be used for wet bathing suits.

This is a desirable Thomas Drive and Surf Drive location.   The beach and subdivision are private.  The home has tropical landscaped gardens, two outdoor showers, parking for 4 vehicles, barbecue, outdoor chairs and lounges.  We are close to resturants, Super Walmart, super clubs, (La Vela and Spinnakers), State Park, miniature golf, amusements, jet-skis, parasailing, windsurfing, golfing, fresh and salt water fishing as well as pier fishing.

The house has two sections the front section can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom with two baths. The fourth bedroom is has two double beds and single bunk beds. Ask about discounts for longer stays in December to February. This homes has two separate living areas with two kitchens. During winter months the front and back are rented separately. Sleeps up 12 - 14 Summer. Utilities are extra for long term stays. Pet fee ($100)depending on stay. Cleaning fees of $100 - $200. ____________________________________ $500 security deposit for 4 bedroom. Deposits negotiable depending on guests and dates.
