This 3 bedroom luxury home was new in 2004 and has high ceilings, granite countertops and upscale furnishings. The Tommy Bahama king bed makes the master suite a luxurious retreat. Off the bedroom is a large closet, bath, and beautifully tiled shower area. The other 2 bedrooms sleep 4. One has 2 twin beds, and one is a daybed with a trundle (makes 2 twins or a king). There is a heated and screened private pool, patio, lanai and a fenced backyard. You can walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz, or bike to nearby park for tennis, etc. We are close to shopping and restaurants.
