North Captiva is a pristine secluded island that is only accessable by water taxi and where the transportation is limited to golf carts, bikes and walking. Located just north of Sanibel and Captiva Islands it offers a unique vacation experience highlighted by its natural beauty and white, uncrowded beaches. This three- plus bedroom luxury vacation home was brand new in 2000. The home like North Captiva itself, it will captivate you with Caribbean-like charm in its decor, and location nestled between cabbage palm tree stands and lush vegetation.

Every detail has been addressed with the guest in mind. Your morning can begin with coffee on any of the four levels of the house living area. A lovely screened deck area surrounds the ground level heated pool and "Hot Springs" spa. An outdoor Jenn-Air grill and poolside refrigerator affords every convenience. The warm glow of the terra-cotta ceramic tiling greets you on the entrance to the second level where three bedrooms and two baths (each with double sinks) give you ample room to unpack and rest.
