Enjoy your Florida vacation in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo.  From the private balcony you see the pool below and the Gulf immediately beyond.  You can hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze.  This 4th floor end unit (far left, 2nd from the top) provides a breath taking view of the Gulf from the living room, dining area, kitchen & master suite and has a view out the side windows to the Bay Bridge.
 

Ft Myers Beach is noted for its sugar white sand and is considered one of the safest beaches in North America because there is no undertow.   Each evening residents and guests gather on the beach to celebrate the magnificent colors of the beautiful sunsets.   We are located just 1 mile south of the pier, a gathering place for fisherman and the location of numerous restaurants.   A grocery, liquor store, city pool with slides & tennis courts are directly across the street.   Many excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

Jet ski and parasailing rentals are available on the beach.  The island trolley, which only costs 25 cents, stops in front of our building and runs the seven-mile length of the island and to Bonita Springs.  Dinner and gambling cruises, fishing charters are nearby.   Off the beach you can tour historic landmarks, museums, parks, and nature preserves.  Over 100 golf courses are in a short driving distance.

The Master suite has a large window overlooking the Gulf, pool and palm trees.  There is a sitting area, king size bed, large walk-in closet, private bath and door to the balcony.   The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath.  A dresser and closet provides the convenience of home.
