Located on the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely home, with 55 feet of sliding glass doors opening onto the Gulf, offers magnificent sunsets, crystal clear water for snorkeling and lighted coconut palms. The home features views of the horizon from every room and is on the sunset side of the island.  A private boat basin and dock surrounded by a decked sea wall extends out into the Gulf providing a setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Designed for casual living, this half-moon shaped home has cypress-beamed ceilings, 3-zone central A/C, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and enclosed screened Florida room.

The master bedroom at one end of the home has a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen and twin bed. There are three TV’s, a VCR, and an answering machine. Utilities and linens are included. Marathon, at the foot of the Seven Mile Bridge and 1 hour from Key West, has its own airport.
