This cozy getaway boasts three spacious bedrooms, and two and one half baths. This house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. To that end, you’ll find porcelain tile floors on the first level with carpeted bedrooms on the 2nd level. Porches on both levels are great for catching the sea breezes or barbequing. The kitchen is outfitted for the gourmet cook and finished with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In addition, there are four combination TVs, DVD/ VCR players to provide entertainment options for the off-beach time of your vacation.

The private community pool is just a few houses away and the pristine white sand beaches of the gulf coast are an easy walk of less than .6 mile. There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area, some within walking distance and Silver Sands, the largest discount designer mall in the country is a 15 minute drive. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, and trendy shops and boutiques are just a short walk at Gulf Place. Golf at nearby Santa Rosa Golf Club which boasts two holes overlooking the emerald green gulf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options.

The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a 15 minute drive down the scenic beach front road. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age CANCELLATION POLICY Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
