You can walk across the street for pizza with the family or fine dining at Café 30A. We are a short walk to area shops, bicycle rentals and video rentals. You and your family will enjoy the miles of biking and jogging trails that run right outside your back door. Located nearby there is also tennis, fishing kayaking, grocery stores and great shopping (Silver Sands Outlet mall is just 20 minutes away). In short, just about anything you could want is right there! While away the hours on the beach which is literally steps away, or spend the afternoon lounging by the large Gulf Front heated pool (Nov – May). There is also a family grilling area with new gas grills, a picnic area and a gated toddler play area for the small children in your group.

We have thought of everything so you don’t have to. You don’t even have to haul beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Our beach service will set up 2 roomy lounge chairs and an umbrella for you right on the beach! (April – October only). We have even stocked the condominium with beach toys and an ice chest. When you have had too much fun in the sun, there are lots of games for the kids and even a Nintendo game cube system with games. For those families traveling with small children, we have even provided a portable crib and high chair. You don’t have to worry about packing. Just show up, grab your towel and a good book, and head to the beach!!

Other amenities include gated beach access, elevators and luggage carts, and parking for 2 cars. Our condominium has just been newly updated. This spacious condominium has a charming décor and is perfect for a family vacation or for two small families to share. There are beautiful views from the master bedroom which has a king size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The condominium also has a full kitchen, dining area, wet bar for making sunset cocktails and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for washing all those sandy beach towels! The condominium is completely stocked with kitchen utensils, linens and towels. (Please provide your own beach towels.)

Whatever you are looking for, this spot has it all! Book early as this unit books very fast! This unit rents weekly only in the summer. This unit is not rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 – NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payments and/or damage deposits. THINGS TO DO: Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, in the panhandle of Florida, there are all kinds of activities right outside your door. Activities on site or within walking distance include swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, jogging, walking, tennis, golf, shopping, restaurants, wildlife viewing, and shelling. Less than a mile away you will find the picturesque town of Seaside (where the movie “The Truman Show” was filmed). You can stroll along the streets stopping for ice cream or to browse in the bookstore, take sunset at Bud and Alley’s, or take the kids to the Build-A Bear or Paint the Pottery store. Also nearby you will find the famous Grayton Beach “Red Bar”, world class golf courses, outlet malls, amusement parks, fishing, aquariums and many restaurants from which to choose.
