This nicely furnished and decorated unit is just south of Clearwater Beach and 14 miles north of St. Petersburg Beach. We lease weekly & monthly and provide discounts for longer periods.

February thru April: $5,200/month ($1,500/1st week, $1,400/2nd week)

Mid. Dec., Jan. & May thru mid Sept: $3,600/mo. ($990/1s wk., $900/2nd wk.)

Mid. Sept. to mid. Dec.: $2,990/mo. ($890/1s wk, $810/2nd wk.)

10% additional on weekly leases/rentals for holiday weeks.

$400 deposit. A $95 cleaning & misc. fees per visit and approximately 12% taxes in addition to rental amounts. Weekly & daily extensions are possible to the standard Saturday to Saturday rental period when there are no conflicts. The cleaning contractor needs time to clean, so check-in is generally after 4:30 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Email or call the owner family for pricing negotiations other than quoted rates. This is a family owned property. If we can not be there and YOU can not be there, the beauty is wasted.
