A security deposit will be requested upon signing the Rental Agreement. Security deposits are held 60 days after departure to clear all unitility bills and any damage. Guests are responsible for electric charges over $75 per month and any phone charges. Rent, including tax, is due and payable not less than 30 days prior to arrival. There is a cleaning charge of $50.
