Our 1800 sq ft, 3 Bedroom home is directly on the beautiful crystal clear Weeki Wachee river. complete with game room, screened porch and new floating dock. Concrete stairs go down to the river and there is a relaxing swing for enjoying the water. See manatees, dolphins and numerous species of fish right off the dock. The waterfront is enormous with 105 feet on the river with sea wall and the home is newly remodeled (2001).

Tie your boat up at the floating dock without worries of tidal changes. Fish off the dock for your favorite fish. A canoe is available for all rental guests. Our deepwater dockage is just a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico for awesome fishing, diving and sunset cruises. Dining by boat or walking distance. The home is minutes from beaches, 1.5 hours from Disney world, 1 hour from Busch Gardens, 1.5 hours from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Sea World.

Non refundable deposit is required to hold reservation. Deposit is 50% of Rental. Balance to be paid upon arrival. A $250.00 refundable damage deposit will be collected upon arrival.
