An initial reservation deposit is due within 10 days of placing the reservation. 1/3 of the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. All reservations made closer than 45 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of reservation and secured by credit card. We do not rent to persons under the age of 25. Tenants are held responsible for all damages to the property and a $40 non-refundable "peace of mind program" is available which covers any accidental damage to the unit as long as the damage is reported to the property manager. This is in lieu of a damage/security deposit.
